Shipping policy

Please Note: ALL items are made to order and shipping times are estimates based on our current work load. Free shipping is for the 48 Continental USA States. Shipping costs will be added to non continental USA and outer territories including Alaska, American Samoa, Micronesia, Guam, Hawaii, Marshal Islands, Northern Mariana Islands, Palau, Puerto Rico, US virgin Islands, Armed forced Pacific. For international orders, we suggest using a freight forwarding service as they are cheaper than shipping direct. 

If you’re trying to estimate when a package will be shipped/delivered, please note the following:
• We ship Monday through Friday, 9am-4pm EST, excluding holidays.
• Estimated delivery dates are provided at the check out and your emailed receipt. 
• Shipping rates will be based upon delivery distance and weight of package being shipped. We also offer a Flat Rate fee, which will be shipped at the lowest cost.
• Final shipping costs will be stated before completion of checkout.
• Orders are shipped as quickly as possible.
• All prices listed are in USD

SHIPPING CONFIRMATION EMAILS
We will send you a shipping confirmation email to the email address provided at the time the order was placed. Please allow at least 1 business day for the carrier to update the tracking information. If you did not receive a confirmation email, please check your spam folder. If you are subscribed to our SMS list, you will receive a shipping text confirmation.
